Meet the Elders

Ruthann

Ruthann focuses mainly on meditations and journey work. Sometimes those journeys can be focused on full moon energy and energies of the fairy folk. Lately she has been exploring forest bathing walks and hopes to lead a few of these when it is safe to gather once again. She feels that when people work to plan a ritual, that is when everyone’s real energies blend to become something truly wonderful.

One of Ruthann’s favorite books is The Mysteries of Isis, and she also enjoys reading mysteries with a Pagan/Wiccan theme.
She is a member of Earth Drum Circle, a new member of The Labyrinth Society, and is on the council of the Episcopal Actors’ Guild. http://www.actorsguild.org

She enjoys crafting, playing word games, meditating, divination, magick, and facilitating ritual.  Athena looks for magic in the mundane.

Nanci

Nanci has always had a Pagan outlook on life. She enjoys celebrating the divine energies that connect everyone and everything, writing songs and meditations for rituals (always inspired by the Goddess Brigid), learning and teaching Wicca, and expanding her horizons via reading and travel.

Nanci loves handcrafting wearable art (including hair ornaments, horns, and jewelry) and commissioned figurines made of natural materials, all of which she sells on her website http://thecraftyplum.indiemade.com . She’s often distracted from working on The Crafty Plum by her need to watch TV/movies, scroll Facebook, read an eclectic mix of books, bake semi-healthy treats, and play Dungeons & Dragons.
